Part-Time People Advisor Opportunity | Glasgow | Hybrid Working
I’m currently supporting a well-known values-led organisation within the charity sector with the appointment of a People Advisor on a part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied operational role and genuinely values people-first culture.
The role will involve:
▪ Supporting managers with employee relations matters including absence, conduct, wellbeing and performance
▪ Providing practical and pragmatic HR advice across the employee lifecycle
▪ Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity
▪ Working closely with the wider People team on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
▪ Occasional note taking/minute taking within formal meetings
What they’re looking for:
✔ Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisory role
✔ Strong ER knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
✔ Confident stakeholder management skills
✔ Someone collaborative, compassionate and solutions-focused
✔ CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
📍 Glasgow based with hybrid working
⏰ 20–25 hours per week (flexible)
💰 Equivalent salary circa £28k–£30k DOE (pro rata)
