What you’ll do
You’ll lead transaction services assignments from initial client engagement through to delivery, acting as a trusted adviser on financial due diligence and deal-related insights. You’ll manage senior stakeholders, guide clients through key findings, and ensure work is delivered to a high technical standard.
Alongside leading engagements, you’ll play a key role in developing the wider team, supporting junior colleagues and helping to bridge the gap between senior leadership and delivery teams. You’ll collaborate across a national corporate finance network, contributing to broader client opportunities while continuing to build your own market presence and technical expertise.
What you’ll need
• ACA, ACCA or CA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience in transaction services or a related deals environment
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
• Ambition to progress towards Director or Partner level
