This Transaction Services Associate Director opportunity is designed to get you there relatively quickly, giving you the client ownership, commercial responsibility and senior support to demonstrate you’re ready.

What you'll do
You’ll lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, translating complex findings into clear, commercially relevant advice for investors and management teams. Taking ownership of delivery and client relationships, you’ll become a trusted point of contact throughout the transaction.
Alongside delivering engagements, you’ll play an active role in growing the practice. You’ll develop relationships with potential clients and intermediaries, identify opportunities through your network and lead proposals and pitches alongside the Partners to convert these into new mandates.
You’ll also lead and develop colleagues, giving them the support and responsibility to progress, while working across the wider advisory team to provide joined-up support to clients.
What you'll need
- Experience as a Transaction Services Associate Director, or a Senior Manager already operating at that level.
- Strong buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence experience, with the confidence to lead complex engagements and manage senior client relationships.
- Demonstrable ability to generate new business, with clear examples of relationships developed, opportunities originated and mandates won.
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to turn financial analysis into practical advice that informs investment decisions.
- Experience leading and developing teams, maintaining high standards while supporting others to progress.
- Experience in financial services, healthcare or technology would be particularly welcome.
- The ambition and readiness to progress to Director, taking greater ownership of client relationships, revenue generation and the growth of the practice.
