An 8-week temporary opportunity has arisen within a global business that offers a wonderful work culture and working with a supportive and creative marketing team. This is an excellent role for someone that is looking to gain more experience working in an established marketing team.
This prestigious business has been running for many years and is responsible for developing professionals within their industries.
Working until November to launch their new website, the Website Content Officer will be responsible for reviewing/auditing web pages to ensure that content and digital assets are consistent and aligned with the new web changes.
Working on an Umbraco platform, you’ll report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for:
- Reviewing each page on the Umbraco Content Management System
- Selecting appropriate components for each page and moving content to them
- Placing and resizing photography or other artwork, as required
- Proofreading copy and updating as required
- Maintain accurate records of project progress Flagging pages for additional review, such as where copy, images, or graphics are poor
- Reporting errors and issues with the functionality of the site to the developer
- Meeting targets for page reviews
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- Previous experience managing and updating websites ideally on an Umbraco platform or equivalent
- Proofreading copy and an understanding of content for web pages
- An eye and attention to detail
- A proactive approach where you can make decisions independently
- Previously worked in a marketing team
